Intake, before you arrive
Fill out the form online. A registered nurse reads it and flags anything worth a phone call.

Fifteen minutes of consult
We confirm the formula, check vitals, and answer the questions you didn't want to search for.

Forty-five minutes of nothing
Heated recliner, low light, no upsell. You leave with hydration notes and a rebook option, never a pitch.
Placement takes a minute. The rest is yours.
After vitals, your nurse places a small-gauge line, usually in the forearm. You'll feel a pinch, then nothing. The bag runs for forty-five minutes at a rate set for your formula.
Bring headphones or a book, or bring nothing. The room is dim and warm and the recliners are heated. You can stop at any point; just say so.
A few things that help.
Eat something
A light meal an hour or two before helps with lightheadedness. Skip the double espresso.
Wear sleeves that roll
Anything that clears the elbow. You'll be reclining, so comfort beats style.
Tell us everything
Medications, supplements, allergies, pregnancy, past reactions. There is no answer that gets you judged.
Plan an easy hour after
Most people feel great walking out. Some feel sleepy. Either is fine; driving is fine.
